60 Day Risk-Free Trial | First-time Customers Only

As a first-time customer, you can try one pair of undies for 60 days risk-free. If you don’t like how they function, we will happily give you your money back (minus the cost of shipping).

Unfortunately, garments that have been worn can no longer be returned due to sanitary reasons. And you know, the market for second-hand underwear isn't all that flash!

So, we will require a brief explanation of the reason for your request. The trial applies to one worn garment only. To prevent misuse of our return policy, we ask that the undies be destroyed to qualify for the refund.

No further refunds, credits or exchanges can be given on any additional opened packages, worn or washed underpants.

Returns Policy

You may return all other unworn garments in original unopened packaging for a credit or refund within 30 days of your purchase.

If eligible for return, customers will need to pay for the return of the undies to us. We suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for the parcel if it goes missing.

Once the undies are received back at our warehouse, and you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Faulty Garments

It is our mission to deliver high quality, planet conscious, leak proof enviromenstrual underwear. However, if for any reason you find a genuine fault with one of our products, please contact us, we will honour replacements on faulty pairs for up to 60 days post purchase date.
